FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

For assistance with your child's funeral, please fill out the form below and have the form along with any invoices or contracts you may have with the
funeral home/cemetery/monument company faxed to us at (810)496-2603.



The Olivia Raine Foundation is a nonprofit organization that is designed to help families of infant loss or stillbirth.  To qualify for assistance, you must be a resident of Michigan and your request for assistance must be within a year of your infant's death. The Olivia Raine Foundation will help with up to $500 of the funeral costs.  Funds for infant funerals will be sent directly to the funeral home, cemetery, or monument company.
